During pregnancy the expectant mother faces lots of hardship along with very sensible skin changes also, mostly they are normal during pregnancy but most us ladies get worried for this

But no more ! anxiety and lack of confidence lets built up a healthy environent through my blogs in which i will be dicussing about the things for which we need to be worried or not.

1.Stretch Marks in pregnancy :

Commonly presentation in pregnancy & mostly seen in most women’s. But they are not pregnancy specific .The rapid expansion of the skin during pregnancy can lead to the formation of stretch marks, particularly on the abdomen, breasts, thighs, and buttocks.

Duration of the stretch marks : In general the strech marks get fade up in 6 – 12 month and with treatment they fade more fast , which i will discuss in the next paragraph . Treatment : Generally most old folk tell about the use of home based lubricants like , concotion of turmeric and coconut oil , jojoba oil, and even shea butter which should be applied since the starting of pregnancy , because these lubricants will keep the nourishment of the skin . We can also apply vitamin E coco butter and in extreme case we can go for speciality treatment with the doctor ex. microneedling and laser.
